3. What is the payment term?
1) T/T 30% deposit down payment, 70% before the shipping,
L/C, D/P, Western Union, PayPal according to different condition.

After receive the deposit:
- Sample order:within 10-15 days;
- 20FT container: 20-25 days;
- 40HQ container: 30-35 days.

5. Can you arrange the shipping?
Of course, we have regular forwarder to arrange by shipping or air.

6. Is it possible to visit Symport factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
Sure,we warmly welcome you to visit us. It is about 1.5 hours’ drive away from Guangzhou.
We can arrange our driver to pick you up in Guangzhou airport.
